Rakaia Apartments

Completion date: March 2016

This 5 level multi residential building containing 14 apartments is due to commence construction shortly on an inner city site in Kilmore Street.

The apartments range in size from (1) bedroom @ 42m2 to 2 bedroom @ 80m2 apartments with each having a generous balcony.

The units are orientated to maximise the sun and views and to take advantage of the sites proximity to Cranmer Square and Victoria Street


   

Canterbury Regional Council

Completion date: Early 2016

The Canterbury Regional Council building is designed as a sustainable and resilient headquarters for 400 staff. The building incorporates base isolation for superior seismic performance. Heating and cooling are via chilled beams and ground source aquifers. Supplementary power generation is provided on site.


   

Sumner Surf Lifesaving Club - New Pavilion

Completion date: October 2015

The pavilion is designed to not only meet the needs of the Surf Lifesaving Club but to allow it to function as a community facility.

The building is made up of three ‘forms’ running parallel to the beach with each having a curved roof form.

   
   

Dorset Street Apartments

Completion date: May 2015

A multi residential development consisting of six 3 level apartments. Utilising a natural palette of materials (timber and fair faced concrete), the units are designed to maximise the sun and views across the Avon River to Hagley Park beyond.

   
   

UniMed Building

Completion date: June 2015

The UniMed Building provides high quality contemporary retail space and office accommodation, over four floors, beside historic New Regent Street and the Issac Theatre Royal. The building has been designed to respond positively to its neighbours whilst achieving BASE Green Building Assessment requirements.
