The building is arranged on the site to present its narrow end to Bealey Avenue and keep the building’s bulk back from the street. This helps to maintain the scale of buildings along Bealey Avenue. The carpark is at one side of the building which allowed us to maintain many mature trees.

The building has been designed to create a strong presence on Bealey Avenue. The exterior of the building features panels of natural sandstone giving the feeling of permanence and quality. A large staircase to the first floor acts as a beacon on the avenue.
